Description
Blue sage is a flowering plant native to the southwestern New Mexico and other southern states. Blue sage is known for its fragrant purple-blue flowers and aromatic leaves. Honey bees are attracted to purple sage flowers, collecting its nectar and pollen to make honey and feed thee coloney. The resulting honey has a unique flavor with hints of sage, making it a delicious specialty honey of the region.
