Description
The California Poppy is California's state flower. Shimmering orange petals are like a kiss of sunshine. When California gets a really good rainy winter the poppies cover the landscape all over Southern California. It is a gorgeous sight to see. I had to oppurtunity to actually walk on pathways through the breathtaking Wildflower Super Bloom of 2018.
