Description
This Great Blue Heron caught quite the fish. The fish was so heavy that the heron could not even lift his head off his neck. Not sure what he was going to do with it, seemed far to large to swallow. He walked it just like this along the shore until he got to a spot where he could set it down. He did and then walked away. I don't know if he ever was going to be able to eat it or if it would be stolen by another like the fish he had left on the shore near where he caught this one. Another bird flew in, this heron squawked and took off after the other bird, but was to late. That fish was the one that got away. This Great Blue Heron was maybe a little to greedy and had too many fish in the frying pan.
