Description
A flamingo is a tall slender bird, standing 3-5 feet tall. Flamingos are very social birds, choosing to spend their time with other flamingos. Flocks can be over 100 birds which is a gorgeous site to see. That magnificent splash of pink.
when foraging for food they stomp their webbed feet stirring up matter, swinging their head side to side filtering out the goodies. A flamingo gets it's pink color from the food it consumes.
