Description
The ostrich with its round body, very long neck and long skinny legs is a caricature just as it is. While in South Africa, a photographers dream I was looking as I often do for different perspectives. An ostrich is a funny bird that has been photographed millions of times. I wanted something different, a little artsy. I ended up with this and honestly it's one of my favorites.
The ostrich neck, about 1 meter long is extremely flexible, moving in any direction 180 degrees. An ostrich's neck length gives it an advantage because they can see predators approaching or hiding in the tall grass of the Savanna.
