Watching these baby birds over the last few months has been so fun. This is a young tri colored heron, maybe about 2-3 months old. They start out just so incredibly ugly and are just little eating machines. They grow fast though and they begin looking much more elegant. While his adult feathers are filling in, he still has baby pin feathers sticking out all over. So cute now.
In a world filled with constant noise & distractions, I find solace in the simple things in life & the unspoiled beauty of nature. A way to connect with the Earth and find inner peace. I hope to leave behind a legacy of my love for nature through my photography, hoping to inspire others to find their own sense of solitude in the beauty of the world that surrounds them. Through my art, I invite you to slow down, breathe in the simple beauty and recognize the deep sense of tranquility that the natural world offers. This is your invitation to make those connections, and in doing so find a deeper sense of peace & purpose in life. My Website I work with my husband Timo, traveling and photographing our journey along the way....
