Florida is not short of beautiful bodies of water and one of my favorite view is the Loxahatchee River that runs through Battlefield Park in South Florida. During Florida's rainy season the vegetation is thick and green and the lakes, ponds and rivers fill. Since Florida is flat, there is very little water movement, so usually the water is glassy giving some lovely reflections. On this hot humid afternoon it mostly cloudy with occasional breaks of sun that would light up the river and reflections.
In a world filled with constant noise & distractions, I find solace in the simple things in life & the unspoiled beauty of nature. A way to connect with the Earth and find inner peace. I hope to leave behind a legacy of my love for nature through my photography, hoping to inspire others to find their own sense of solitude in the beauty of the world that surrounds them. Through my art, I invite you to slow down, breathe in the simple beauty and recognize the deep sense of tranquility that the natural world offers. This is your invitation to make those connections, and in doing so find a deeper sense of peace & purpose in life.
