Artist's Description

Not far from Santa Fe, NM in Pecos you will find indian pueblo remains, Pecos National Historical Park. This location played a pivotal role in the history of the Pecos Valley. At the Pecos ruins you will find the historic old mission built by the Spanish. The indians revolted at the original mission was destroyed and the Spanish left. Returning at a later time, the mission was reconstructed. The remains there today are from the second build.

About Rebecca Herranen

Rebecca Herranen

In a world filled with constant noise & distractions, I find solace in the simple things in life & the unspoiled beauty of nature. A way to connect with the Earth and find inner peace. I hope to leave behind a legacy of my love for nature through my photography, hoping to inspire others to find their own sense of solitude in the beauty of the world that surrounds them. Through my art, I invite you to slow down, breathe in the simple beauty and recognize the deep sense of tranquility that the natural world offers. This is your invitation to make those connections, and in doing so find a deeper sense of peace & purpose in life. My Website I work with my husband Timo, traveling and photographing our journey along the way....
